Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition for a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, technical, and staff positions

Source candidates using job portals, references, and walk-ins

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports

Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning

Support HR team in onboarding and documentation

Qualification:

Any Degree / MBA in HR or relevant field

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
