We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welder Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, fabricating, and welding metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate should ensure high-quality workmanship while following safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Measure, cut, align, and fit metal components accurately.
Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding as required.
Assemble fabricated parts and structures using appropriate tools and equipment.
Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and structural integrity.
Repair and maintain metal structures, machinery, and equipment.
Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow company safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work on time.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, Fabrication, or a related trade.
Certification in welding is an added advantage.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (based on company requirements).
