Adithya IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Tekla Modeler to create accurate 3D structural steel models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in structural steel detailing, connection modeling, and preparing shop and erection drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
Prepare fabrication (shop) drawings, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and erection drawings.
Model structural steel members, connections, bolts, welds, and miscellaneous steel components.
Generate CNC, NC, DSTV, and material reports from Tekla models.
Coordinate with structural engineers, detailers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
Review structural and architectural drawings before modeling.
Identify and resolve clashes and modeling issues.
Ensure all models comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
Revise models and drawings based on engineering changes and client comments.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Eligibility
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Steel Tekla Modeling and Structural Steel Detailing.
Freshers with certified Tekla training and strong practical skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures.
Good knowledge of structural steel detailing and fabrication processes.
Experience in preparing shop drawings, erection drawings, and GA drawings.
Knowledge of steel connections, welds, bolts, and fabrication standards.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
