We are hiring a Shift In-charge with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment for a full-time, permanent role based in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field and must be capable of managing shift operations, allocating manpower, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, handling machine utilization, and coordinating with the maintenance and quality teams.

The role involves preparing shift reports, supervising operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reducing downtime. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The position follows a rotational shift system.

with 6 working days per week,
