Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Shift In charge to supervise and manage daily operations during assigned shifts. You will ensure smooth workflow, target achievement, quality output, and safety compliance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor production activities during the shift

Allocate work to operators and ensure productivity targets are met

Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection or rework

Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth functioning

Monitor attendance, discipline, and safety of workers

Prepare daily shift reports and update production records

Handle shift handovers and communicate key issues to next shift/team leader

Report any major issues or breakdowns to higher management promptly

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering (or relevant field)

2–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP entry, email)

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
