Job Description :

​We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Shift In-charge to manage daily operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring production or operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with internal departments to meet shift goals.

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month based on Experience

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage shift operations to ensure smooth workflow

Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure task completion

Monitor performance and maintain shift records or reports

Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Coordinate with other departments to meet production or service targets

Act as the primary point of contact during the shift for any operational issues

Troubleshoot and resolve any shift-related challenges

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities

Good decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively

Understanding of operational or production processes (based on industry)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
