We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Executive to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor service quality, resolve customer issues, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day service delivery operations.
Ensure services are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for client service-related queries and escalations.
Monitor service performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Track service requests, incidents, and resolutions, ensuring timely closure.
Prepare and maintain service reports, documentation, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Support the implementation of new processes and service improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Additional certifications in customer service or service management are an added advantage.
