Position: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Inspect vehicles and identify service or repair needs.
Prepare job cards and provide service estimates to customers.
Explain repair requirements, costs, and timelines clearly.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor vehicle service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Maintain accurate service records and customer details.
Follow up with customers for feedback and future service requirements.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service targets.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Good knowledge of automobile service and repair.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
1–2 years of experience preferred.
