We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper with Machine Operation experience to support manufacturing and production activities. The ideal candidate will assist machine operators, handle materials, maintain equipment cleanliness, and operate production machines when required while ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators during production and manufacturing processes.
Operate production machines as assigned and according to standard operating procedures.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Monitor machine performance and report any faults or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Follow all workplace safety rules and company policies.
Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in operating manufacturing or production machines is preferred.
Freshers with basic machine knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
Ability to handle tools and production equipment safely.
Good physical stamina and willingness to work in shifts.
