Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Manage promotional activities across online and offline channels.
Generate leads and support business development activities.
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve marketing and revenue targets.
Manage social media and digital marketing activities when required.
Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements
Any Degree / MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
