We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Identify business problems and recommend effective solutions.
Requirements Management
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflow documentation.
Prioritize requirements based on business objectives.
Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Freshers with strong analytical skills, certifications, or project experience may also apply.
