Students and practitioners of all skill levels, backgrounds, and ages are welcome to enroll in the advanced 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which is accredited by the Yoga Alliance. This curriculum focuses on personal development and self-discovery in addition to teaching yoga. This program is for you if you wish to become a yoga teacher or improve your practice. To gain from this curriculum, you don't have to want to become a teacher. To ensure that everyone can benefit from this wonderful experience, we require that students have at least a year of consistent practice experience prior to joining the group.
