Mojang means Minecraft. The Microsoft-owned developer also works on different projects. MINECRAFT SERVERS Scrolls was another project: an online card battle game that's available across PC, Mac and tablets. Unfortunately, the title has reached the end of its life, with the developer announcing that it will discontinue work on the game. Although it doesn't give any explanations for the tense ending, we contacted the company to discover the reason. Mojang claimed that it won a legal battle against Bethesda by being able to name the game "Scrolls" however was prohibited from naming sequels. Mojang promises that it'll keep the servers running for another year, so there's a total of twelve months to tackle the latest update and levels which were only released last month. Update The following update: A Mojang spokesperson said that the launch of the "Scrolls" beta was an enormous success. Tens of thousands of players played every day and many remain active to this day. The game is no longer able continue to grow in a continuous manner.
