While Minecraft can be played on virtually every device, some prefer playing it on a PC. This lets you play both the Java and Bedrock versions. Before you can start playing the games, you must first get them onto your hard drive. If you're having trouble getting the Minecraft Launcher installer to work, here are some suggestions to fix it. Sign in to verify the date, time , and region If you're having difficulty getting the Minecraft Launcher to install, we recommend first restarting your computer and signing out and then return to the Microsoft Store or the Xbox apps, whichever you are using to access the launcher. You can now download the launcher using Game Pass since all Minecraft versions are available. To sign out, click your profile icon at the upper right corner of the window and then Sign Out. Also, make sure your date and time are properly displayed on your computer. If they are not, right-click the date and time in the lower-right of your screen and select Adjust date/time. Make sure that Set time automatically is enabled and that Set time zone automatically is turned on. Click Sync now under Synchronize your time. Before exiting the Settings select Region on the left-hand side of the screen and make sure you have the correct region that you are in selected.
