Job Description:
A Shift Incharge is responsible for managing and overseeing operations during an assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves supervising staff, delegating tasks, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate shift reports. Shift Incharges coordinate with other departments to ensure production targets are met and act as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during their shift. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Salary: Upto 18k per month
