Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge to manage and oversee daily operations during assigned work shifts. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, resolving operational issues, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth shift handovers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

Proven experience in production supervision or shift management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
