Job Description:
Our engineering teams' main "Backend Logic Anchor" and "Software Architecture Specialist" is the Python Developer - Software Engineering & Backend Operations. Your main responsibility is to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable backend services, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, asynchronous data pipelines, and cloud-native database architectures using Python and its core ecosystems, while front-end developers create user interfaces and product managers create feature roadmaps. As the "Guardian of Application Performance, Code Quality, API Latency, System Security, and Technical Scalability," you assume direct responsibility for converting product specifications into high-throughput, maintainable software components.

Key Skills:
Advanced Python basic Mastery: Proficient understanding of data structures, generators, decorators, memory management, object-oriented programming (OOP), functional programming, and Python 3.x basic concepts.
Framework & API Proficiency: Excellent practical expertise utilising Flask, Django REST Framework (DRF), or FastAPI to create web apps and microservices.
Database and ORM expertise includes advanced knowledge of SQL, relational schema design, indexing, ORM abstractions (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM), and Redis caching techniques.
Good knowledge of distributed task queues and asynchronous programming.
