Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls in Hindi with clarity and politeness.

Assist customers with queries related to products and services.

Provide accurate solutions and escalate complex issues when required.

Maintain call records, update customer details in CRM systems, and follow company guidelines.

Achieve daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (additional English is an advantage).

Strong listening ability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts if needed.
