Hindi Voice Process – BPO (Inbound/Outbound)

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience & shift)

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and provide prompt customer support.

Resolve queries, share product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Log call details accurately in the system and maintain records.

Meet daily call targets while following quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate

Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Languages Preferred:

Hindi (Must)

English (Basic)

Shift Timings:

Day Shift

Night Shift (with allowances)
