We are hiring Voice Process Executives (Inbound & Outbound) for a leading company in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role with attractive salary and growth opportunities.

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve queries and provide accurate information
Maintain CRM records & follow process guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction with first-call resolution
Work with team members to achieve targets
Requirements:

Good communication in English
Strong listening & problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexible to work in shifts
Prior customer service/voice process experience is a plus
