Shift Incharges handle operational issues, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to team members to achieve production or service goals. They also prepare shift reports, track attendance, and coordinate with other departments for seamless transitions between shifts. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
