Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily CNC VMC machine shop production.
• Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery.
• Manage operators, shift activities, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and OEE.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and IATF requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, rejection reduction, and process optimization.

Required Skills:
• CNC Turning VMC machining operations
• Production planning and shift management
• Engineering drawing GDT interpretation
• Cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE
• ERP MS Excel
