Production Supervisor Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Description
Duties:
Shift Supervision & Target Execution: Oversee daily shift operations on the factory floor, allocating technicians and operators to particular machines or workstations in order to meet scheduled production levels.
Workforce Management & Shift Scheduling: To ensure consistent production, monitor daily operator attendance, oversee shift rosters, plan overtime needs, and address queue balance problems brought on by absence.
Line Efficiency & Stoppage Management: Keep an eye on production lines to see any active bottlenecks, shortages of raw materials, or machine downtime. Work with the maintenance and tool room teams right once to restore line flow.
Quality Adherence & First-Line Inspection: Conduct routine inline quality checks, confirm that operators adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures, and quarantine non-conforming or faulty items to stop defects from getting worse.

Focus Skills:
Shop Floor Leadership & Team Supervision: Outstanding interpersonal, motivational, and front-line management abilities to lead, train, and mentor contract workers, assemblers, and shop floor machine operators.
Knowledge of Production Planning and Line Balancing: Practical comprehension of raw material handling, task distribution, takt time, manufacturing line execution, and shift handover procedures.
The ability to read simple engineering drawings, use common measuring equipment, and spot product flaws in comparison to quality standards is known as quality control and blueprint reading literacy.
Safety and 5S Discipline: Strong adherence to daily 5S housekeeping procedures, danger identification, PPE enforcement, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.
