The role includes preparing molds, loading raw materials, adjusting machine parameters, monitoring production cycles, inspecting finished products, and ensuring they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of molding processes, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to maintaining safety and productivity.
