The candidate should hold a B.E degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control or line inspection within a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of quality standards, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position offers a salary of up to 22k per month, along with opportunities for career growth in a structured and professional work environment.
