Responsibilities
Payment Posting: Accurately post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
Reconciliation: Reconcile daily payment batches and resolve discrepancies.
Data Verification: Review and validate payment information for accuracy and completeness.
Payment Processing: Process and apply insurance payments, patient payments, and other forms of revenue.
Report Generation: Generate and review reports to ensure accurate payment posting.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and insurance companies to resolve payment issues.
Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payment activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
