However, she specialises in clinical supervision, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), stress management, private practice management, medical practice management, business relationship management, counselling psychology, psychological assessment, and working with adolescents. As the Life Resolutions principal psychologist, Mary is able to use her vast knowledge to support other psychologists and counsellors in Australia. She believes that it is integral that mental health professionals have the ability to effectively treat and manage an extensive range of mental illnesses, and have the skills and experience necessary to provide personalised and effective treatment to every individual. No one person’s experiences of life are the same, and nor are their mental health requirements.
