Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge to manage daily operations during assigned shifts in our manufacturing/production facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the team, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production targets while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the shift.

Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Monitor machinery and equipment to prevent downtime or operational issues.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Train, guide, and support team members to improve efficiency and performance.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary: Above 25k per month
