Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Incharge to manage production activities during assigned shifts. The role involves overseeing workflow, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols. The candidate will coordinate with team members, allocate tasks, and handle any operational issues that arise during the shift. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred, but candidates with relevant technical knowledge and leadership potential will also be considered.
