Responsibilities
Make Quality Alerts and train the relevant staff on their contents.

Ensuring that no rework is done without a work instruction that has been approved, trained operators, and outcomes that have been documented falls under this responsibility.

Managers should oversee their Magic Square level 2 certification and instruct operators on the quality standards.

Make that the measurement tools are kept in excellent working order and are calibrated and recalibrated in accordance with the designated timetable.

Respect for the Product: To guarantee delivery to the customer in ideal conditions, make sure that components, work-in-progress, semi-finished product, and finished goods are handled, recognised, and safeguarded.

Be certain that any product deemed dubious or non-conforming is located and placed in a cage for quarantine or incarceration, in order to prevent it from being transferred to a third party or utilised in a subsequent internal process.
