Job Title: BPO Voice Process Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Process: Voice – Inbound/Outbound

Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift (based on process)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and language skills)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and resolve queries effectively and efficiently

Provide accurate information regarding products/services

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Follow communication scripts and meet quality standards

Document all call information accurately

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
