Roles and Responsibilities – Trainee Engineer (Manufacturing Unit):

Assist senior engineers in planning and executing manufacturing processes on the shop floor.

Learn and support in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Monitor production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement projects.

Assist in conducting quality inspections and identifying areas for defect reduction.

Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and quality control, to support project goals.

Support material handling, inventory tracking, and documentation for production planning.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Salary upto 25k per month
