Job Description:

A BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing the building management system to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other critical building systems. The role involves real-time system monitoring, detecting faults, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams for timely corrective actions. BMS Operators maintain system logs, generate performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to alarms or system irregularities are essential for this role.

Job location: Chennai

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
