Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated Quality Engineer for our Paint Shop department. You will be responsible for checking painted vehicle parts, identifying surface defects, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the painting process.

Role Highlights:

Inspect painted surfaces for dust, orange peel, runs, scratches, and other defects

Monitor the paint booth and drying process

Ensure proper paint thickness, finish, and color consistency

Work with production and rework teams to fix issues

Prepare daily quality reports and maintain records

Industry: Automobile / Auto Components

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Auto, or Paint Tech

Experience: 1–3 Years in Paint Shop QC

Location: Chennai

Salary: Negotiable
