Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Purchase Department. The Head – Purchase will be responsible for overseeing procurement strategies, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely supply of materials while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and relationship management
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing
Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels
Collaborate with production, finance, and other departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Lead and mentor the procurement team for performance and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
Proven ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional coordination
