Job Description
The main "Talent Sourcing Anchor" and "Growth Pipeline Guardian" in our company's recruitment department is the HR Recruiter. The front end of the personnel lifecycle finding, attracting, screening, and securing top talent to support our company's growth is your exclusive emphasis, while HR executives handle general internal employee relations, benefits, and local compliance. This includes completing first-round behavioural assessments, managing organised interview schedules, reviewing professional profiles, managing active candidate sourcing efforts, and becoming proficient with Boolean search strings. Serving as the "Guardian of Time-to-Fill Metrics, Sourcing Channel Quality, Cost-per-Hire Ratios, Offer Acceptance Rates, and Candidate Net Promoter Scores (NPS)," you assume direct responsibility for transforming unprocessed resume databases into a pipeline of eager, diverse, and highly qualified applicants.
Responsibilities:
Active Candidate Sourcing & Pool Building: Use sophisticated sourcing strategies, such as industry headhunting, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter searches, and social recruitment, to create robust talent pools for open positions both now and in the future.
Resume screening and initial qualification: Examine incoming applications in light of the rigorous job standards, weeding out profiles that don't meet the requirements, and selecting exceptional candidates for initial engagement.
Behavioural Interviewing & Assessments: To assess candidates' fundamental competencies, cultural fit, drive, and compensation expectations, conduct structured first phone or video screenings.
End-to-End Interview Coordination: Easily coordinate with recruiting managers and department heads to oversee candidate communications and set up multi-stage interviews.
Offer Presentation & Negotiation: Create official job offers, convince chosen applicants of pay plans, allay their concerns, and help them sign an acceptance.
Skills:
Advanced Passive Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: The capacity to create intricate search queries, navigate professional sites, and interact with passive applicants that aren't actively applying to job boards.
Strong abilities to ask focused, non-leading questions to precisely evaluate soft skills, behavioural history, and cultural fit are key components of structured behavioural assessment techniques.
Outstanding Persuasion & Candidate Closing Skills: Capacity to persuasively present the company's culture and growth direction, assisting candidates in compensation negotiations with sensitivity and empathy.
ATS Engine & Recruitment Tool Competency: Real-world experience with contemporary applicant tracking systems to maintain pipelines current and well-organised.
