Responsibilities:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Carry out the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, negotiating pay, checking references, and sending out official offer letters.
Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Oversee thorough orientation and onboarding programs for new hires, making sure they pass background checks, sign the necessary NDAs, and fit right in with their teams.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for employee enquiries, mediating disputes amongst coworkers, recording complaints, and carrying out open disciplinary investigations.
Payroll Input & Attendance Coordination: To create validated, error-free monthly payroll inputs for the finance department, keep accurate records of daily employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime allowances, and leaves of absence.
Employee Engagement & Performance Reviews: Plan wellness initiatives, skip-level meetings, and business engagement events while assisting managers with yearly performance review cycles.

Interpersonal Dynamics & Active Listening: exceptional capacity for cordial communication, fostering trust among varied teams, and discreetly defusing heated workplace disputes.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Proficient in using social recruitment networks, professional job boards, and structured behavioural interview frameworks to find both active and passive talent.
Compliance and Employment Law Literacy: a thorough comprehension of fundamental labour laws, policies pertaining to equal employment opportunity, benefit plans, and occupational health regulations.
Database & HRIS Competency: Real-world expertise using applicant tracking engines, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS),
