Job Description:
Location: Chennai.
Department: New Product Development
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Qualification: B.E
Salary: 40k to 50k

What You’ll Do:
1. Drive new product development projects from concept to launch
2. Coordinate with design, production, quality, and marketing teams
3. Monitor project timelines, cost, and quality standards
4. Manage technical documentation and prototype development
5. Support continuous improvement and process innovation
6. Ensure effective cross-functional communication for smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For:
1. Engineering degree (Mechanical / Industrial / Production preferred)
2. 3–5 years of experience in NPD or project engineering
3. Strong project management and coordination skills
4. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and product life cycle
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
