Your Duties:
Daily Facility & Front-Office Operations: To maintain a spotless and polished workplace, oversee the reception desk, inbound mail/courier flow, employee seating arrangements, pantry operations, and housekeeping schedules.
Vendor Procurement & Management: Oversee connections with outside suppliers, such as cleaning, security, cafeterias, IT accessories, and repair firms. Find affordable quotes, haggle over prices, and keep an eye on SLA compliance.
Inventory and Asset Management of Consumables: Keep exact control over office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and printing supplies. To avoid stockouts or excessive stockpiling, conduct audits on a regular basis.
trip & Hospitality Coordination: Make trip plans for employees of the organization, including reservations for flights, hotels, local transportation, visa paperwork, and lodging for corporate guests.
Workplace Health and Safety Compliance: Make sure that all emergency supplies, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, are routinely checked and adhere to local and federal building requirements.
