Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
Skills:
Should have Good communication in Tamil or Malayalam or Kannada or Telugu or Hindi.
Can also have a good communication in English.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of Experience.
Qualification: Any Graduation.
Salary: From 15K
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job.
Schedule: Day – Shift
Shift timings: 8 Hours of work + OT if needed
Location: In and Around Chennai.
