Answer customer queries over phone in Telugu

Provide solutions in a polite and clear manner

Record and update customer details in the system

Follow up on unresolved queries

Meet quality and performance targets

You’re a Fit If You Have:

Good speaking skills in Telugu

Basic communication in English or Hindi

A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn

Willingness to work in rotational/day shifts
