Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information

Resolve issues and escalate unresolved complaints if needed

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow communication scripts and adhere to quality standards

Meet performance metrics like call quality, turnaround time, etc.

Provide product or service information as requested

Required Qualifications:

Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Any Degree

Good verbal communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Typing speed of at least 35 to 40 WPM preferred

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
