Responsibilities:
Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals.
Process Payment Posting transactions with an accuracy rate of 99% or more.
Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
Actively participate in the company’s learning and compliance initiatives.
Apply your knowledge of medical billing to report performance on customer KPIs.
