Drive Customer Success Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities
To take calls from clients and address their questions, concerns, or problems.
To give customers all the information they request.
Uphold the quality standard, make sure that the quality requirements are followed, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Determines which concerns require escalation and, if required, takes appropriate action.
Provides thorough information and answers enquiries from customers, clients, and managers.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Patience and empathy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
