Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain all reactive maintenance in accordance with the designated service level agreements.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for civil, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Demonstrate a solid understanding of MEP and civil-related tasks. Determine the resources needed for maintenance, repair, or installation work. Be adaptable enough to work in shift patterns as needed. Adaptable availability for emergency call outs and standby duties on a 24/7 roster
Every day, report to the manager on the state of the job and any concerns.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: From 25K per month
Location: Chennai
Qualification: 10th, 12th and Above
