Data Entry Specialist Take the Next Step with Us
Job Description
Responsibilities
To guarantee accuracy and completeness, collect and validate supplier and customer data.
Communicate with clients and vendors using telecalling, social media conversations, WhatsApp, other instant messaging applications, and email to answer questions, fix problems, and give updates.
Ensure that all data is accurately recorded and kept, and keep and update records in our databases.
Help in the creation of reports and summaries based on the information gathered and correspondence.
As needed, offer general assistance to the Data Communication team by attending meetings and helping to streamline procedures.
Skills:
Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry and data management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on company Norms
