Because Lindor is so wonderful, it's often considered the most special type of chocolate. Everyone takes pleasure in it in a different way. A common practice is to "snap" Lindor from the fridge or freezer and then put it in their mouths, let it to melt slightly. However, some people warm their Lindor softly because they would rather melt it before they even taste it. Lindor and a chocolate truffle are almost identical. To make this confection, pour finely tempered lindt lindor chocolate into a mould, cover the inside of the mould with the chocolate, then spin the mould on its axis. The result is an interior-hollow chocolate shell. When the chocolate has cooled and solidified, a delicate shell is formed, ready to hold a smooth, liquefying filling.
