Job Description
Role: Service Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in E&I
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: In and Around Chennai
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities:
Simple installation, maintenance, and repair of approved equipment, as well as troubleshooting.
Finishing field modifications and preventative maintenance.
Purchasing and overseeing the cycle times of repair components.
Staying current with administrative duties, such as promptly keeping internal service records and customer service logs.
Keeping in regular contact with clients to guarantee resolution and appropriate follow-up.
Keeping test instruments and tools maintained and calibrated correctly.
