Job Description:
The main "Asset Reliability Anchor" and "Operational Uptime Guardian" in each of our manufacturing facilities is the Maintenance Engineer-Manufacturing Industries (Equipment Reliability, Total Productive Maintenance & Plant Operations Specialist). Your main goal is to guarantee maximum equipment availability, overall equipment effectiveness, and operational safety by overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across plant machinery, utility systems, and automated production line equipment, while production engineers oversee daily throughput and quality assurance teams enforce product standards. As the "Guardian of Mean Time Between Failures, Mean Time to Repair, Spare Parts Inventory Precision, Statutory Compliance, and Zero Unplanned Downtime," you assume direct responsibility for identifying mechanical and electrical malfunctions, carrying out scheduled overhauls, and integrating Total Productive Maintenance techniques into daily operations.

Key Skills:
Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and electrical distribution panels are necessary for electromechanical and automation troubleshooting.
Reliability & Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in using RCFA methods to get rid of recurrent machine failures.
TPM & Continuous Improvement Principles: A thorough understanding of the 5S methodology, Lean Manufacturing approaches, equipment safety regulations, and TPM pillars.
CMMS & Utility Management: Practical experience with internal asset management platforms, SAP PM modules, or CMMS software in conjunction with utility operations (compressors, chillers, DG sets, boilers).
