Maintenance Engineer Cost Control & Optimisation
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Execution: For all production equipment and plant utilities, implement and oversee condition-based predictive maintenance procedures as well as scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
Emergency Troubleshooting & Breakdown Repair: To reduce production downtime, promptly address equipment failures, identify faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical/PLC systems, and carry out root-cause repairs.
OEE Optimisation & TPM Implementation: To increase total equipment effectiveness, collaborate with production teams to advance Total Productive Maintenance programs, Autonomous Maintenance pillar activities, and Continuous Improvement projects.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Using computerised maintenance management systems, maintain essential spare parts stock levels, create bill of materials requirements, assess supplier component quality, and maximise inventory turnover rates.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
